Our chef’s dishes won the approval of our guests from the very start, and the quality, consistency, and trend following enabled us to reach an enormous number of fellow citizens, as well as tourists, who owing to the visit to Kalem by ZAK restaurant and our rich offer can get a complete image of the city they are in.

Several years long knowledge and experience of our celebrated chef, in combination with modern preparation techniques, created a brand that can take pride in quite a comprehensive list of author creations. Apart from food, we daily prepare the most beautiful cocktails – those already known, but also independently designed, ably mixed, and served.
