If you like photography and find inspiration in the impressive buildings and landscapes, we invite you to take part in the contest for the most beautiful photo of the Pupin Palace in Novi Sad. Owing to its unique appearance, authentic details, and specific structure, the Pupin Palace has for years now inspired photography lovers and been in front of the camera lens of every tourist that visits our city. 

If you have in your collection a photo of the Pupin Palace that you particularly like, apply for the contest and win great prizes! If you can’t find an appropriate photo, you have time – use the opportunity and catch a perfect moment, detail or view. 

The contest is open until October 24, 2022, and until then, you can send your work. Three days after the competition is closed, on Thursday, October 27, at 7 pm, at the Pupin Hotel an exhibition of the best work will be held, and a formal reception where authors will be presented with the awards.

Basic propositions

Participation in the contest is free. All citizens who are of age, from the country and abroad have the right to participate. Photos that will be accepted are those made from the moment when the Pupin Palace was completed until the day of the closing of the contest.

Technical specifications

• The photo must contain exclusively the exterior of the Pupin Palace, a certain segment or detail of the exterior.

• Authors can compete with black-and-white photos or photos in colour in digital form.

• Maximum number of photos per author: 3 photos

• The minimum size of the longer side of the photo is 3000 px, 300 dpi, in jpg format, to 10 mb

Sending method

• send your work to the email: konkurs@galens.rs 

• name files with photos in lower case without spaces, by the name of the photographer and name of the photo (e.g. petar-petrovic-palace)

• in the email, author information must be included: name and surname, address, and mobile phone number

Copyright

Authors of the photos must be the copyright holders of the photos applied for the contest. Applying for the contest, the participants give the organizer right to use the photos for the following purposes:

• For the exhibition that will be organized after the contest completion

• Using photos for promotion, both on web sites of organizers, as well as in print, portals, and other media
